Welding Boot Camp

Certificate Program

Develop welding skills with 100% practical hands-on training in SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW. Earn up to four welding certifications in just 6 weeks.

GTAW Certification Prep

Introduction to FCAW

Learn the fundamentals of flux-core welding including equipment setup, wire selection, and basic welding techniques.

FCAW Intro + Cert Prep

Foundational flux-core welding training combined with hands-on certification preparation for CWB testing.

FCAW Certification Prep

Focused practice for experienced welders preparing for CWB FCAW certification tests in their chosen positions.

FCAW Custom Training

Tailored flux-core welding training designed to meet your specific skill level, goals, and schedule requirements.

SMAW Pipe Welding

Advanced pipe welding techniques using the SMAW (stick) process. Covers pipe joint preparation, fit-up, and welding in multiple positions including 2G, 5G, and 6G.

GTAW Pipe Welding

Advanced pipe welding techniques using the GTAW (TIG) process. Covers pipe joint preparation, purging, root passes, and welding in multiple positions.

Prerequisites: Students must have prior plate welding experience and/or certifications in the relevant welding process before enrolling in pipe welding courses.

Welding Theory Fundamentals

Foundational welding theory covering safety, welding processes, metallurgy basics, joint design, welding symbols, and inspection methods.

Specialty Welding Theory

Advanced theory topics including welding metallurgy, heat treatment, distortion control, weld defect analysis, and advanced inspection techniques.

Welding Theory

Comprehensive welding theory combining fundamentals and specialty topics for a complete understanding of the science behind welding.
